The present general conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) hereinafter also called "the seller" and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to proceed to a purchase via the Internet site www.wiinkmochi.com hereinafter called "the buyer".

The present terms of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Bossy -Septillion (Wiink Mochi) and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.wiinkmochi.com.

The order implies acceptance of the present conditions of sale, the recognition to have perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to prevail itself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

The products are offered within the limits of available stocks. Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to supply constraints.

Each product has its own description. In addition, the customer can contact us by e-mail to obtain additional information.

The photos are not part of the contractual field. Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) cannot be held responsible for any errors that may have been introduced.

Food products are normally shipped 1 month before their date of minimum durability. Some products on sale have shorter expiration dates, which are clearly mentioned in the product description.

If the offered items are unavailable, Bossy-Septillion (Wiink Mochi) will inform the buyer by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will be able to ask for the cancellation or the exchange of the order by contacting Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) to the following e-mail address: customer@wiinkmochi.com

In case of stock problem, you will be contacted in order to find a solution: replacement of the product, refund, second sending... The shipment of the order may be delayed while waiting for your answer.

The prices on our site are indicated in euros for customers domiciled in France and Belgium, in Swiss francs for customers domiciled in Switzerland, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Bossy-Septillion (Wiink Mochi) reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price indicated on the site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

By clicking on the "Order" button, the customer transmits a firm order for the products listed on the order page.

Directly after receipt of the order, it is confirmed by e-mail. The sales contract only comes into force if the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order confirmation or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest by delivery of the goods.

In case of advance payment, the purchase contract comes into effect with the confirmation of the receipt of payment by the seller.

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service must obligatorily transmit to us -via the form envisaged for this purpose- his exact and complete co-ordinates, to check his order and to validate it, and to carry out his payment under the conditions envisaged.

The order is considered validated once Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) has sent a confirmation e-mail to the client.

Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) reserves the right to refuse any order presumed to be fraudulent or doubtful or in case of default of payment, notably because of the refusal of the bank to honor the transaction or because of an opposition made by the client on the transaction, and this, before or after the conclusion of the transaction. Bossy-Septillion (Wiink Mochi) will proceed to the cancellation of the sale without notice or delay and, if necessary, will demand the return of the delivered products at the customer's expense.

Addition or modification of a validated order:

The prices on our site are indicated in euros for customers domiciled in France and Belgium, in Swiss francs for customers domiciled in Switzerland, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Bossy-Septillion (Wiink Mochi) reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price indicated on the site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

It is not possible to modify an already validated order. However, if you wish, we can cancel your order and refund you. A fee of 5 EUR will be charged for the cancellation costs.

It is not possible to change an order that is in preparation. Please place a new order for the item(s) you forgot.

The price is payable at the time of order in euros.

Possible methods of payment: by Paypal, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay), Twint;

The payments Paypal / credit card / Twint: are made through a secure system so that the information transmitted is encrypted and no third party can become aware of it during the transmission over the network. The payment is instantaneous and your order will be sent as soon as possible.

Deliveries are made in Switzerland, France and Belgium to the address indicated by the customer in the order form.

The orders which arrive (from Monday to Friday) before noon, are sent in the 2 working days following the order. Orders placed in the afternoon and/or on weekends are sent within 3 working days. We are not responsible for any delay due to the post office.

All orders for France and Belgium are sent by standard mail (delivered within 2 to 4 working days), and by B mail for Switzerland. The Swiss Post is in charge of the delivery.

Shipping costs are 7.85 EUR for orders under 250 grams. They are 14 EUR for orders from 250 to 500 grams. Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) takes care of the delivery for orders of packs (several products grouped together) of 3 to 5 products. However, Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) reserves the right to split the orders of the same customer at the time of shipment.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Wiink Mochi following the payment of your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at customer@wiinkmochi.com.

The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods.

Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient, our responsibility ceases as soon as the carrier takes charge of the shipment. In case of loss, please contact us by email, by WhatsApp (+41 78 210 91 63) or by chat on the website. In case of damage to the parcel, please make a claim to the post office and only accept the parcel once this claim is made.

Please note that all our products leave our premises in perfect condition.

If the post office returns a parcel for the following reason: Unknown addressee, parcel not collected, parcel not claimed or other refusal, the customer will be reimbursed or will have a credit note. The shipping costs (round trip = 16 EUR) remain at his expense and will be deducted from the amount refunded or credited.

We do not send back an order that has been returned. The customer will have to reorder on our website.

Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, it may happen that an item is missing.

The customer is required to check the contents of the package upon receipt and to report within 3 days after receipt (by mail with a statement on the honor) any error in the order.

After verification and under reserve, Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) will reimburse the missing product in the form of a voucher or a refund by Paypal, re-credit or bank transfer (depending on the method of payment used by the customer) if it is no longer in stock. If the missing item is in stock, Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) will reship it.

After 3 days of receipt of the goods, no claim will be accepted and Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) will be released from any responsibility.

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.

The transfer of ownership of the products from the seller, and the correlative transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products related to it to the customer, will be carried out as of acceptance of the order by the seller, materializing the agreement of the parts on the thing and the price and this whatever the date of the payment and the delivery. The products travel at the risk of the customer who will be able, in case of damage, to formulate all complaints to the carrier within 3 days following the reception of his parcel in the legal and regulatory conditions in force.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the product(s) concerned. Any returned product must be intact and in its original packaging in the conditions in which you received it and must not have been used or have suffered any damage. Otherwise, the product(s) will not be refunded. The return costs are at the customer's expense.

Please leave a message in the box with your order number, your name, first name and the reason for the return.

Food products cannot be returned or exchanged (for hygiene reasons).

Once we receive your package, we will check the condition of the returned product. If everything is in order, a gift voucher will be sent to you by e-mail for the value of the returned product excluding delivery costs.

Refund of the returned product is not possible.

All elements of the www.wiinkmochi.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi). It is forbidden to reproduce, redistribute or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site. A written agreement from Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) is required for any link to the site.

The general terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law. All legal relations between Bossy - Septillion (Wiink Mochi) and the customer are subject to Swiss law of obligations. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
