The minimum number of participants for our programs and coffee and cake is 15 people, but of course you can also book our programs with fewer guests if you are willing to pay the price for 15 people.
The content of the programs can always vary, the actions mentioned in the program text are a possible configuration, which can, however, deviate for a wide variety of reasons such as seasonal or fundamental changes, the personnel implementation of the program can vary, a specific selection of personnel is not possible for organizational reasons, every event is individual.
For organizational reasons, it may happen that we have to split up your group (size) or that several groups are put together. If you fall short of the 15 minimum participants, so-called "connectors" or participants in merged groups will be credited to you. The duration of the programs are approximate and can vary by up to 20%.
A late start can result in the selected program having to be shortened by the delay time for organizational reasons, for example if subsequent bookings make this necessary.
Up to 2 working days before the planned visit, the number of people for programs can be changed without any problems, for all gastronomic offers this is possible up to 10 working days before the date, without feedback within this period we will assume at least the originally reported number of people.
